Safety Standards

Basic Safety Rules

For All Public

•  This complex is a 'Glass-Free' area - broken glass closes pools - use plastic only
•  This complex is a 'Smoke-Free' area inside and outside
•  To prevent slipping and falls - walking only permitted around the pool surrounds at all times
•  To keep all pools clean - spa's, lazy river, steam cave, splash pad are 'Food-Free'
•  All pools, spa's, lazy river, steam cave, splash pad, are swimsuit only areas - rash shirts are allowed. Check with our friendly receptionists
   or life-guards first
•  A reasonable standard of safety and behavior and dress is expected at all times
•  To prevent head and neck injuries, backward flips are not permitted in any of the pools
•  All children under eight years of age must be actively supervised by a parent, guardian or caregiver who is sixteen or older(this means
   watching your child and able to provide immediate assistance at all times)
•  Any medical conditions or history must be reported to a Lifeguard before entering any pool

 

All Parents, Guardians & Caregivers

•  Please ensure all toddlers and under 5's have been to the toilet prior to entering any of the swimming pools (This helps stop unwanted
   accidents occurring)
•  Please ensure all toddlers and under 5's are in appropriate swimwear to contain any unforeseen accidents while they swim. See reception
   for a range of 'Little Swimmers' diapers
